What we will and won't do.

What we will do
- Lock the scope in writing before we start — and ship against it.
- Treat your launch as the only thing that matters for 30 days.
- Be in your Slack channel daily. On the weekly call, on time.
- Tell you honestly when something you want will hurt the project.
- Scope, price, and approve every addition before we touch it.
- Refer you elsewhere if Protocol CRM isn't the right fit. We'd rather lose the deal than waste your time.
What we won't do
- Promise features in a sales call that don't show up in the build.
- Quietly stretch scope. Every change is documented and approved up front.
- Promise client growth or revenue outcomes — those belong to your craft, not our software.
- Hand you off to a ticket queue. The engineers who built your platform are the ones who support it.
- Take on more onboardings than we can give full attention. New cohorts open monthly.
- Ship work we wouldn't put our names on.
